Why this guide does not list a Footlong Cookie value
Very large cookies have appeared in Subway menus and discussions, but this repository’s current Canadian nutrition snapshot has no Footlong Cookie record. It would be misleading to copy a number from an older document, another country, a restaurant listing, or a community comment and present it as part of the June 2026 evidence set.
The absence of a row does not prove that no restaurant sells the product. It means this site cannot provide a source-backed value under its current snapshot. Check current official and restaurant information for availability, and treat a newly published official record as a data update rather than an invitation to scale a regular cookie by visual size.
Add cookies to the calculator accurately
Open the Subway calorie calculator, filter to Desserts & Sides, and search the exact cookie name. Add the regular or mini record at quantity one. Increase quantity only when counting multiple identical listed cookies; do not use quantity to stand in for an undocumented larger format.
Keep the cookie as a separate meal-summary line beside a sandwich, bowl, or drink. This makes its contribution reviewable and prevents an item from disappearing into an unexplained total. Reset between different orders and verify quantity before copying the result.
- Match the exact flavour and regular or mini format.
- Confirm the listed grams before comparing.
- Use quantity only for identical published servings.
- Leave unavailable formats unknown.
